bjbaj Terms & Conditions — Rules for Bangladesh Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bjbaj ("bjbaj", "Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the bjbaj website at bjbaj.bet and all associated services, features, games, and content (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any feature of the bjbaj platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. However, your payment provider (for example, bKash or Nagad) may charge its own transaction fees in accordance with their service terms. • Depositing funds using a payment account that does not belong to you, or attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a payment after having used the deposited funds for gambling.

bjbaj employs a range of fraud detection, risk management, and compliance tools to identify and prevent prohibited activities. Where bjbaj reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in any prohibited activity, it reserves the right to freeze the account, withhold funds pending investigation, and pursue any available legal remedies. bjbaj's decisions in matters relating to prohibited activities are final.
